It is not just the use of Informtion Technology that is important in this blog. We also like to introduce a set of courses in this section, in respect to Health amd Safety. Yes, this does affect us when you use computers at our desk, regardless of being at home or in an office. The effects on our physical and mental well-being in the long term, could be catastrophic if we do not adhere to very basic and fundamental guidalines.
So, from the position we sit in front of a computer, right down to the amount of time we spend in front of the screen, are all of vital importance.
We are not just putting a video on for the Spanish speaking visitors; the English speaking audience will also have a video about Health and Safety in the are of I.T.

The above video is related to a very basic and easy to understand course in Spanish, related to the Spreadsheet section of the LibreOffice suite. Hope you enjoy.
